The mighty Twisted Individual returns with his first new single on Grid Recordings in over a year, with one new track from him and a remix courtesy of rising star Tyke. With all of his signature elements present and correct this is classic Twisted and it definitely doesn’t disappoint.
Going against the current trend for all things commercial in bass music, Twisted’s unique style is sounding fresher than ever, and on ‘Touching Cloth’ it’s all about the hypnotic bass, rolling drums and sneaky bongos. This one has
done damage in his DJ sets for the past 9 months, including blowing the roof off Fabric on numerous occasions.
Tyke has been set loose on one of the biggest tracks from Twisted’s debut album catalogue ‘Throbbing Gristle’. Bringing it right up to date and retaining the vibe, flow and of course Transformers samples that made the original, anticipation for his own debut album grows and grows.

Following collaborations with Netsky and Jenna G in 2010, Mutated Forms switch things up and return with two of the most exciting, genre splicing tracks of their career, which will appeal to bass heads from all corners of the dance music spectrum.
Mutated Forms have been turning quite a few heads in recent months, with 3 tracks on the Goldie Fabric Live mix, and remixes for London Elektricty on Hospital. They are continually pushing boundaries and experimenting with different styles and techniques, and as their name suggests their sound has mutated and matured.

The deadly combination of two of the hottest new skool producers Tyke & Prestige return with two huge dancefloor smashers.
Since his solo EP dropped on Grid, Tyke has received plays from right across the scene including spins from Andy C, London Elektricity, Hazard, and Artificial Intelligence amongst others.
Prestige has been quickly rising through the ranks over the past 12 months, and is fast becoming one of Russia’s most well known D&B names, with an impressive catalogue of d&b smashers already under his belt.

Fred V & Grafix land on Allsorts with a bang. Having already notched up releases on Hospital Records, Talkin' Beatz and Cue Recordings, these are two producers who are speeding through the ranks.
With plays from Annie Mac on Radio 1, spins on the Danny Byrd Essential mixe, and DJ support from the likes of Netsky, Mutated Forms, Metrik and more, these tracks come highly recommended.

After the release of the Andy C's Nightlife 5 and then The Music Makers EP a few weeks ago, the Grid office had been inundated with requested to press the original of The Music Makers and Desire's of the Dammed to vinyl, as previously they had been digital only releases.
Not wanting to dissapoint they have pressed a strictly limited edition run of Vinyl and have made it available exclusively from the Grid store. When they are gone, they're gone - so be quick!

Another brand new signing to the Grid family is US based produced Rawtee. No stranger to the scene he’s been leading figure in Miami’s DnB scene for the past few years and has had releases on Total Science’s ‘Fix’ imprint and ‘The World of Drum & Bass’ label.
DJ support for these tracks, and other recent productions has come from Pendulum, Grooverider, Crissy Criss, Twisted Individual and many more.
‘Can’t Get Enough’ is an infectious uplifting slice of half step D&B. A catchy vocal hook, huge melodic bassline and 80s influenced synth lead - this is one for the head nodders, with Rawtee bringing some Miami vibes!
‘Throwing Stars’ is a relentless, speaker bursting, jump up smasher, that has been causing serious damage in clubland and across the Radio 1 airwaves - definitely one for the head strong!
